Have a bad stomach ache. Scared it's start of a SV*!

I'm really worried at the moment. This stomach ache just came on all of a sudden, and firstly, it was an on and off pain. Now it's there pretty bad to the point I have to bend over.. I feel a bit nauseous, but I always am anyway.... I've had two BMs, but they were normal. No d*, in fact they were (sorry if TMI) very hard to pass.

The thing is, I've heard people that have had a stomach ache before the day they've had v* and d*.. So I'm scared I'm going to be v* tomorrow/later. I have not touched anything when I've been out though? Except a few things on the shelves today in Boots, but the SV* doesn't even strike you that fast as far as I know... I don't want to eat anything either, just in case. I'm just worried that this is a start to the SV*?!

please try to calm and relax x

Jenny - BM = bowel movement.

I agree - try to relax; do something to take your mind off it...once the anxiety begins to subside, you should feel a whole lot better

Hi guys. The stomach ache has gone now and I feel fine. I've ate some things and it hasn't come back or anything. Thank you for the replies.

Thank you Cynna! I feel absolutely fine now. Had some soup a little while ago and it hasn't come back so I'm in the clear.

Good to know you're feeling better! I get in a panic if I have a sudden feel of nausea too.
