panicking again

I'm n and my stomach hurts. I don't know why. I'm at work. I'm struggling

Deep breaths... do you often have panic associated with n*?

Yes I do. It sucks. I think its acid reflux going on. I believe i got the N from the fear from the random pain in my stomach. I took some peppermint emets and then i also took an acid reducer. That seems to help a bit. But I did just burp a little and there was some stomach acid there and it scared me. arg!
