    Default The 'I've done something good today' thread. Not OT.

    Just thought I'd make a thread (not sure if this has already been done before) that can let us focus on the good things we've done, so we're not always focussing on how we avoided going to that restaurant, or we tried to get to the mall early before all the "un-safe" people arrive. It can be a tiny thing that you've achieved today, anything Emetophobia/anxiety related!

    I will start off:

    I didn't avoid a meal today even though I really wanted to!

    I read the news about an sv outbreak in another country and didn't freak out too much.

    Today I ate a biscuit at church without washing my hands before, after touching lots of potentially germy toys etc. It may not sound like a big achievement but it is for me!

    I ate something without washing my hands when I got home from the gym(ewwwww) I sanitized when I left there though....

    I flew on a plane for eight hours and am still planning on eating dinner.
