Flu? :/

ive had the seasonal flu for about a week now and ive just started to feel better today; still got a bit of a chesty cough and runny nose though.
also, ive had diarrhea for a couple days and was wondering if thats normal? :/ ive been told it is, but im worried because i dont want it to be a stomach bug or anything. ive also got my period... sort of :/ its not been right this month at all and thats made me worry as well.
so, yeah, i just need answers please; feeling pretty down

H1N1 causes gastric issues, if you have not had that before. However, it may be just hormones from aunt flo visiting. Af can also bring big D. It's probably not an sv on top of seasonal flu.
