    i posted a long post needing help with this stupid phobia i have that's driving me insane and now i don't know where the post went and im freaking out.

    I CAN'T LIVE LIKE THIS ANYMORE I CAN'T

    everything is setting me off right now. i can't i can't im shaking.

    My phobia is so bad a
    I couldn't even begin to describe what's going on until I'm not freaking out. It just sucks and I'm really tired of constantly having anxiety over something that barely even ever happens.
