Hi Guys!

So I'm 18, Ive been to all sorts of Hypnotherapists, CBT etc and although CBT is SLOWLY helping, I talked to my mum and dad and they agreed to buy me this!
So i bought the download eddition, so i got it instantly on my laptop; It has;
The book & audio CDs of doctors, psychologists etc..

So I've been listening to the Audio Book for 2 hours now and making notes.. and at this point in time I am looking forward to my panick attacks so I can put the techniques into practice and keep practing them until positive reactions become normal..

We have TRAINED ourselves to do this and now we have to RETRAIN ourselves.
