I dont mean that to be rude but im just here to vent and try and get some
support what i mean is i wish i didnt need to post this... Today at work, i
work at a summer camp with kids, one of my co-counselours got sick...he
came out of the bathroom and said he felt alot better but he was lagging
around the rest of the afternoon (about an hour). A couple of the other
counselours went in there and helped him clean up of course i did
not...i didnt eat anything or touch my face and i went right home and
showered after work ugh i was really hoping to have a calm easy summer
and i also had a big weekend planned and its going to be ruined by me
worrying...

I'm sorry you're back w/ worries but good to see ya again. You will be fine, it could have been the heat got to him (especially if he wasn't drinking wnough water) or soemthing could have sat wrong in his stomach. If it was only once and the water stayed down he's probably fine. And even if it is a virus you took all precautions and should be just fine.

You will be ok. He could have been sick from anything, like simplyme stated could have been the heat. I was sick for about 3 days with headache and nausea and I chalked it up to the heat, I wasn't drinking enough fluids.

he got sick towards the end of the day so i really didnt have time to wash
my hands until i got home from work so i touched stuff like my phone
wallet and stearing wheel...is it bad that i waited to wash my hands i dont
think i went near anything he touched after he was sick so i dont know if i
should be worried or not about that? I did wash my hands and shower
right when i got home and i never touched my face untill i did so.

It doesn't matter that you waited to wash your hands, you didn't use your hands to eat etc before washing them so the "germs" had no way to get into you. Even if it was cool yesterday it was hot the day before he could have been dehydrated or you never knwo what people eat when they aren't there or what they do. He could have drank too much the night before he could have an ulcer there's tons of things that make people v* that aren't contagious. Try and enjoy your weekend!
