I had 3 really good days! No *n or anxiety then today hit me like a bus! Went to the docs at lunch time and actually thought I was gonna *v anyway I realised this was nerves about going to London this weekend! Posted a moany post about it earlier and got replies that have made me realise that I can do this!

So I'm gonna go to London on the train and kick emets a.. !
