absolutely terrified. (dizziness)

i really can't take this anymore.
I've been getting dizzy spells for a while, but this is the worst by far. I even took dramamine to see if it'd help but it's nto working.
is there anything i can do? I'm really scared, Im not sure if this is regular dizziness or panic, i dont know

If you've been getting them for a while, you may want to see a doctor :/ It might be panic related, it might not. Better safe than sorry though!
