So for lunch today I had gyoza, which I have once every few weeks with no problems from the same place. I started to feel really sick after eating 5 gyozas, before that I felt ok. I felt extremely sick and nauseated for another 30 min, and then I farted a bit but was not relieved. I felt sick for another 3 hours then got hungry, and ate a yoghurt parfait and applesauce. About an hour after, I started to feel extremely bloated and have stabbing pains. After 2 hours of this, I ate an apple and the pains went away but I am still extremely bloated, what is going on? I feel like all the air in my stomach can't even fit.
