hi, this morning ive been getting a lot of d* and i've barely ate anything
im getting side pains and stomach pains and i still have n*
please help!!

Usually for me, if I first get d* I don't v*.

Do you know anyone who is s*? Did you eat something weird?
Just go to the bathroom and hopefully it will pass out that way! Hoping the very best for you.

only my friend said her stomach hurt yesterday and i think sv is going around.

The n* could be from just being worried. Try to do some deep breathing exercises. I've had plenty of d* sicknesses without v* or even n*. If I did feel n*, doing breathing exercises and distracting myself made them go away pretty quickly. Try not to panic! Pick up a book or do something else to distract yourself. Hope you feel better soon
