really really bad pain please help

sorry for so many posts im just terrified.. i had d* earlier today and now my stomach and my sides hurt really bad. im worried because yesterday my friend said her stomach hurt too and SV is going around so i am really terrified
is there anything i can do for these cramps they are unbearable

You did not say whether or not your friend had an sv. It doesn't really matter if she did since you cannot get it from causal contact - only by ingesting v or d particles. It sounds like you are suffering from some dehydration. Have something to drink and see if that doesn't help. I know that sv is going around, but I check the Flu Near You regularly and it is dropping off. It is getting better. The end is in sight. It will be okay.

You might be starting your period, you might have ate something bad, it could be stress. Every stomach pain isn't an sv Feel better!
