    Lightbulb Possible coping method for anxiety...?

    I picked up on this article months ago when I was going to fly over to my dad's. It's mainly centered around flight anxiety, but this can pretty much be applied to any form of anxiety. Reading this really made me look at my anxiety in a different light so I thought I should share it with all of you.
