lean cuisine chicken ranch panini--scared

I had a lean cuisine panini for dinner and my stomach feels strange. it's almost like it's on the verge of a stomach ache, and my stomach is growling A LOT. has anyone heard of food poisoning from lean cuisine? i'm freaked out...

I actually eat those a lot, and I have never had any problems!! I am sure you are fine! =)

thanks for the response..i eat them a lot too, i'm usually fine, i just always think that there might be something wrong with it one day
