I have GERD, and it tends to become much worse when I am stressed out. I've been very stressed all week, and when I woke up this morning my stomach was awful. It's continued to stay that way all day. It burns, hurts, and I feel very nauseous. I first thought it was the GERD, but it hasn't gone away at all, so I'm beginning to wonder if I might have the start of a stomach virus.. I was hoping someone could tell me which is more likely, because I don't think I can handle thinking it's a stomach virus and that soon I'll be throwing up.
