sudden d* and sv going around

im terrified
for the past week i've been getting cramps and im worried i have the stomach virus. one of my friends had it and she sat pretty close to me, so I'm really worried.
what do i do?

You dont need to do anything, you dont have a stomach virus. All stomach viruses symptoms start quickly usually within 48 hours. If you have been getting stomach cramps, youll probably find its more IBS based, or Anxiety. Go for a nice walk, drink plenty of water and do some relaxation techniques to help yourself. Unless your friend actually threw up on you, or you shook hands and didnt wash them afterwards, then you have no chance at all of getting it from her.

Hey, yeah I agree with Jon. If you've had these symptoms for a week then it's not a SV*. You say you're terrified, and being anxious can make IBS a lot worse. Relax, you can't catch the SV from someone just by sitting near them.
