It's good that you're sharing your experiences. The link between your father's illness and your phobia seems to be strong. I link my fear of vomiting to death. I
I think it's dangerous and life threatening. It really isn't. I am relearning about what this natural body function really is. I wish I was as brave as you, 24 years ago. Stay on the path to recover and be strong. There's so much more to life without fear
