Possibly exposed??

Someone I work with called out yesterday, and he told us why today. He said that he was laying on his bathroom floor all day v*ing. The second he said that I washed my hands, and kept trying to avoid him. I even went so far as to completely hold my breath when I was near him. We were more than a foot away from each other at most all day, but I'm starting to feel kind of n* now. Not sure if it's from hunger or anxiety or whatever. Is it possible in any way I could have caught what he had? I'm assuming it was just a general bug, but I'm just trying to make sure...

How are you now? Someone I work with and was siting by *v this morning and I've been in panic mode ever since! Washed hands like a crazy woman and like you tried to avoid breathing but that gets kinda difficult lol
