OT: WORST leg cramp I've ever had

I have the WORST cramp in my thigh right now, but it's also extending down my entire leg, to the bottom of my foot. What do I do?!?!? I'm in so much pain, I just took an ibuprofen, but I need immediate help. I don't have any heating pads or anything like that. I thought all I would need to do is stretch it out because I've been sitting on the floor in weird ways for the past couple hours, but the stretching didn't help and it got worse. What can I do for immediate relief?!?? It's really killing me..

Dang girl :/ usually stretching helps. That sux..maybe u should try sitting in bath water with it stretched out and then walk around if u can.

it's actually going away a bit, i drank some water. leg cramps are the worstttttttttttt!!
