I had a really weird expericence where i really felt like i was going to be sick, but it was during a nap so i'm not sure if i was dreaming or not, i know that sounds crazy. Anyway that was about an hour ago and i obviously got a bit freaked out but now i feel really sick and i have a big lump in my throat! What on earth is happening, i'm so scared

Anxiety!! That has happened to me SO many times. Especially in the early days when I started suffering from Emet. You feel sick now because you're panicking. Just take some deep breathes, have a drink and do something to distract yourself

I agree it's probably anxiety. I get that from time to time where I'm falling asleep and I suddenly wake up and think I'm gonna V. But then realize I don't even feel sick at the time, it's just anxiety surging through my body and I associate that with feeling sick. I'm sure your fine. Your probably feeling sick from being freaked out and thinking about it.

Thank you for the replies! I haven't eaten or drank literally anything for about 24 hours and i know that's terrible but i'm too scared too
