Panic Attack early in the morning

So as I said yesterday my fiance came down with some kind of SV on Saturday night and was sick V*ing all day yesterday. I had the worse nights sleep thinking I was going to wake up sick next. I am panicking so bad that I'm making myself feel sick. My stomach is in knots. I have an overwhelming feeling of just doom. Like there is no way to escape it. I was not around him at all when he was V*ing... and I stayed away from him all day yesterday.. but I was with him all day Saturday up until he V*ed for the first time in my backyard... he had been drinking , however, said his stomach felt funny all day. So I'm just not sure. How can I relax? I just need peace of mind that I am not going to contract this bug. We do not live together either ... but as I said he was at my house all night Saturday, up until he V*ed. Helpppppp

It will be ok. Noro is hard to catch if you wash hands and keep them out of your mouth. You will be ok. I do not think you will get it.
