Default Son says he's hot. I'm scared

I haven't been feeling well this past week. And my kids were passing around a cold or had allergies. But I've been in bed all day not feeling well and headaches. I ended up getting mad and yelled at them because they weren't listening. So my oldest got upset and said his stomach hurt. He always says that when he gets scared. We sent the kids to bed and my middle son shortly came in and said he didn't feel well. I asked what was wrong he said he felt hot all over. He's been in his room just about all day because I've been in bed all day. I turned the AC down and put a fan on him. Then he said his stomach hurt real bad. I'm freaking out.

I haven't been well with my newest problem and have been on a liquid diet for 2 days so far. I haven't eaten much this past week either. I can't even manage the gym. I'm weak and get dizzy easy. So we been eating at restaurants pretty much most of the week. I'm so scared because my stomach got upset after a sudden headache attack and then I got bad heartburn. I took my pills and a zofran but its not helping me. Now I'm gonna be stressing over my son all night. I don't know what to do. I can barely move myself and I'm so scared to be worrying about a sick child. I hope it's just one of his normal hot feelings.

Sorry that was long. I'm just having a really hard time and I'm scared.

Your son could've been upset. Sometimes when I'm really upset I get hot and queasy. If you had yelled at them(not meaning to sound judgmental AT ALL) he could just be upset over that, i know i always got upset when i got yelled at even if i deserved it :P

i know it's hard, but try not to assume the worst. and try to take it easy, don't exacerbate your physical symptoms by worrying a ton. take deep breaths and do something to distract yourself xx

Thanks. I've had a really really bad week, and I think everything balled up and just got worse. I've been feeling horrible a lot and my what the doctors call IBS constipation was extremely bad. Which turned out to be a bad birth defect of my intestines and bowels. I honestly think I have a partial obstruction. Despite all the medication and teas I've been taking to help myself I wasn't getting any relief. I woke up feeling bad and trying to be on a liquid diet I tried an enema which made me go but left me feeling really bad. I spent pretty much the whole day in bed so I wasn't monitoring my kids that well. So I think he ended up spending the day in front of his tv with an Xbox remote all day. Usually he's monitored but I was down for the day. I yelled at both of them earlier in the day because I homeschool and if I'm not up or in the study room with them they goof off all day. They know they can come to me for help. But they both spent 2 hrs doing I have no idea what, I thought they were done but then one comes at me with I need help then the other did. I looked and saw they didn't do anything. So I sent them back and they started to fight. So I yelled and told them they can figure out their work on their own. I made one stay and sent the other to the kitchen. That's when my oldest said his stomach hurt. He's like me all his nerves goes straight to his stomach. Their not use to me getting that mad. It's just frustrating living with all males and they are messy. I'm mom, the teacher, the babysitter, the housekeeper. Everything is on me so when I'm down it's like the house crumbles.

I had a pelvic ultrasound today. She asked what was going on and I gave her a brief explanation. She said her husband was born with the same problem but he had surgery when he was little and has had multiple surgeries for it over the years. So I'm not feeling any better about my situation.

So I am really not having a good time right now.

    I'm sorry you're havinh a bad time.
I used to have horrible constipation like that myself. Wouldn't go for sometimes a week at a time. Maybe noy even get theburge. But lots of gas and bloating and n*. I am not by any means trying to sell you anything but my aunt gave me this shake mix called Body by Vi. It has pretty much changed my world. Its loaded with all sorths of vitamins and things your body really needs and it tastes great. It seems to have made it easier for me to go to thw bathroom as well. I don't have to strain, no cramping, and much less *n and heartburn issues. Definitely worth looking into. I hope you're all feeling better!

Well thank you. Where do you get the shakes? I've spent hundreds of dollars on supplements not to mention perscription medications. Some have worked and I thought it was a miracle but the effects didnt last long. The longest I let myself go was almost 3 weeks. Now when the 1 week mark hits I try to intervene. I take stool softeners every night though. But the laxatives aren't even making me cramp right now. I just feel full and bloated. I can't wait to see the GI specialist so maybe I'll get some help. Thankfully my son was okay.
