    Default Any tips for PMS n*?

    Been feeling so yuck for the past few days. Pretty much mild n* almost all the time, and before you ask if I'm pregnant, there is no way I am. Haha. I'm smack bang on for when my period is due. Sometimes I have no PMS symptoms, sometimes I get cramps, and sometimes (this time) I get n* and a generally blah and even more anxious than usual. I love being a woman sometimes...Not.

    PMS sucks! I'm pmsing right now too, I start in 5 days. I am sooo sensitive! I like drinking ginger ale for pms/med-related n*/indigestion. It helps for all those things

    Ginger works wonders for me! I drink ginger tea with lemon nowadays as I have become unaccustomed to sodas (ginger ale tends to make me feel more bloated sometimes, though it's the only soda I'm willing to drink anymore).
