So I opened some pre-cooked bacon the other day (the shelf stable, refrigerate after opening kind). Today I took some out - it was pretty dry at the tips (due to bad storage on my part), but had been refridgerated and everything.

Halfway down one of the strips was a tiny piece of blue... something. Possibly mold?

I have serious trouble imagining it got moldy in the ~3 days it was sitting in the fridge, but I'm a little worried. Any thoughts? I did eat several strips.
