I suffer fairly frequently from constipation. And the last few days I had been feeling pretty blocked up. I had a form of physical therapy today called bowen therapy, and it's been several hours since my treatment (I went out for dinner with some friends). And when I got home I was experiencing some mild cramping, and soon had the urge to have a bm. But instead of it being very firm and hard, like it usually is when I am blocked up, it was very soft and 'sticky' not d*. And then I went into a panic and here we are. I'm trying to convince myself that I don't have noro or fp or anything and it could have just been the therapy helping to get things moving again. Still vaguely crampy, but no urges thus far to go to the toilet again.
