    Default IBS symptom?

    Ouch! About fifteen minutes ago I just developed horrendous pain all over my stomach. My stomach feels very hard to the touch (all over, not just in one area) and feels bloated and looks distended. Sound like IBS?
    Keep my heart light, maintain internal heights.
