    I am determined to over come this phobia
    but i dont know exactly what kind of professional help im look for.



    for exampleam ilooking for a psychiatrist, psychologist, neuro psychologist, pyschotherapy,therapy, etc?


    but which one is it?? which one would be most helpful??

    It depends on what type of treatment you most want. See, I dont like meds, so i chose to go to a psychologist instead of a psychiatrist so that he couldn't put me on medicine. I think psychology helps, but everyone is different and different things help different people. I would do some research, or just try out different treatments. good luck!

    Most probably a clinical psychologist who will do cognitive behavioural therapy with you and graded exposure. Thats what I'm doing. see your doctor who will be able to refer you? or advise the best type of therapist to see. Good luck in your search.
