I have really bad tummy pains at the moment. Its not a constant tummy ache, just pains that come and go but feel like im being stabbed when they do come. Does this sound like a sv or do you think maybe its trapped wind, i am useless at stuff like this, im just starting to get worried now as i have to go to bed soon and my worst fear is waking up in the middle of the night feeling unwell

How are you feeling now? Hope you are ok. Certainly sounds like trapped wind to me, that can be really uncomfortable.
