Prilosec OTC (omeprazole)

Good morning everyone,



I am about to start a 14-day course of Prilosec.... . Has anyone had a
bad experience with the purple pill? You of course all know what I mean
by "bad experience."

I took it about 10 years ago and no problems.

I have got some Prevacid that was prescribed to me two weeks ago, but have I taken it yet ???NO .................. Why????? Because I am scared it will make me sick. I am so bad when it comes to taking medicine, I do take my blood pressure med. every night though. Although I have never heard of anyone getting sick from either one of these meds, I am still scared to take it myself.

Never heard of it. I don't like taking meds especially when they name all the side effects nausea or vomiting--- won't go there!
