about a specific virus (this case Noro), how common would this disease be? I mean, how does this thing pass from person to person? If the person is health conscious of herself and others, how does she still pass the sickness?

It passes through injestion, so if everyone washed their hands properly and cleaned thoroughly, then it would probably be greatly reduced. However, that's probably not going to happen and health conscienous means different things to different people. Some people think being vegan, or exercising a lot or doing colotics make a person health conscienous. (Some of that actually is a good idea.) Generally, I think people do the best they can or want to. Unfortunately for us, to the rest of the non emet world, sv is just not that big of a deal or at least not a big enough deal to put the effort into proper hand washing.
