Leaving IES...Been real but i gotta go

Now that i have been on my meds for the last 4 weeks, i can look back at all the crazy irrational things i have said and done. One thing i have realized this place is not helping my recovery in fact i think this place makes it worse. After tonight I will not be returning to IES or the chat i have been frequenting off site. Those of you who are my friends on FB you know how to get a hold of me...
