Scared !! *sv?

So today is the first day in weeks i have freaked out like this + today i have been feeling sick + im having *d
could this be a sv? ; - ;
im so scared my moms telling me to eat which i have not all day all i had was a psl from starbucks but i'm scared to eat real food
i feel gross & whatnot :c

Diarrhea doesn't mean you have an sv. Typically if the d is from an sv you will be going over and over and over with severe cramping. Try to nibble on some toast or crackers so your blood sugar doesn't get too low. If it's close to period time that could be the cause of your d as well. It could be just something didn't settle well. I don't think you have an sv, but I hope you feel better.
