Default Which meds helped with your emetphobia?

    Hello all.
My emetophobia has been in overdrive the past few weeks. I am currently on 40mg of Prozac once daily. I feel I need either a jump up or another medication. I also have an RX for 2mg of Ativan 3x a day as needed. But I try not to take took much. What medications have helped anyone else either recently or in the past? What has made it worse?

    Thanks for listening

I've tried Mirtazipine which both helped and made the fear worse. It helped me sleep at first, but now I can't sleep without it. Also, Promethazine acted similarly. It helped me eat, but it is now my crutch. Without my Promethazine, I would literally be dead right now.

Perhaps talk to your Psych about Remeron (mirtazapine)

I take klonopin for emergency panic attacks, and it ends them right there on the spot. It is super addictive so use no more than once a week....

I am on 75mg of Zoloft and 100mg of Seroquel XR. They help. The first med combo that has been right for me.
