Default Boyfriend's Experience with possible SV has me feeling hopeless

It's been 52 hours since he V* last and my brain hasn't given me a break. After trying to cope with my SO's sv, not being able to sleep, the constant anxiety, etc. I am feeling very hopeless. Any advice about coping with the constant anxiety and staying positive?

I'm so sorry!!! But it's good that you have made it to the 52 hour point. I wish I had excellent advice to give you. All I can say is eat bland meals for the next few days till you're in the safe zone. I'm sure you have been washing your hands and bleaching like crazy. Not anything else you can do about it, if you catch it, you catch it. A few hours of hell, but luckily they come on fast and go away fast. I would also make sure you have stuff on hand in case you get it, ginger tea, gingerale, gatoraide etc. I hope all goes well.

You have done so well. Would have had to leave the house.
