Clorox wet wipes as hand disinfectant.

First post on the forum, so I might as well give you guys an idea of why I'm here. I've been suffering from emetophobia since i was 11, i'm 19 now. It's caused me to have suicidal thoughts (attempted a couple times as well) and OCD symptoms which used to pretty much run my life, then I got better, now the OCD is starting to return.
But anyway, my question is, can you use Clorox wetwipes as a hand disinfectant instead of using regular hand sanitizers?
I wanted to buy zylast soap and germstar noro, but they didn't ship to my country unfortunately.

welcome to the forum I keep a container of them in my car and a couple in my house. I do use them on my hands in the car especially after shopping, pumping gas, etc......so far so good

Is this safe? I use bleach on everything... EVERYTHING. I have a bottle of bleach solution that I carry around at work... and I occasionally use it on my hands when I can't get to the sink to wash them.
