Dizzy spell won't stop

I wasn't nauseated or anything, but a dizzy spell overcame me quickly - I wasn't even anxious. The off balance feeling won't leave me alone now and the anxiety has tripled within a few minutes. The dizziness was affected my nausea, which wasn't extent before, but is increasing. I stopped taking Promethazine a few days ago, but I'm honestly probably going to take one for both nausea and dizziness.

Now a strange scent is around my room. Kinda sweet but similar to a feminine male cologne. I only smell it if I tilt my head or move around too much.

I swear. This had better be anxiety.
