N* and really freaking out.
So, I've been feeling N* all night, and now I'm really starting to freak out because I also have this weird tickle in the back of my throat. I'm starting to get really worried that I might V*. I'm getting that heaving feeling and it's really scaring me. Panic is setting in. ):
