Please help asap!!!

I feel so sick my head is spinning, my stomach hurts but I'm not so sure if it actually does, because thinking about it sometimes causes me to imagine my stomach hurts but I just feel really sick and I don't and can't be sick please somebody help me !!!

Could it be a migraine? I know I just had one yesterday and today and I make myself feel nauseous especially at night because I get scared and alone feeling. I find if you turn on a fan close your eyes and stay cool it will pass. It's so hard to breathe and relax though. But it will pass
