Stomach pains

My stomach hurts alot at the moment. Its only really been like this for 15 mins but i'm scared i've eaten something bad for lunch. My face feels really nasty, like when you get sinus pressure. I'm so scared that i'm going to get ill


I have IBS but i've never been in this much pain


*update* The pain went and has come back again, I'm going to check the expiary dates on things now to see if I havent eaten something bad!!!Edited by: izzybee
