    Default tightness.

Hey guys. I am mildly freaking out.
I woke up and thought I was doing okay this morning because I had half a blueberry muffin, then around lunch time i had a little bit of my left over soup I made yesterday. I just wasn't too hungry then and I headed out. When I was driving I thought I was feeling hungry and rumbling cause I was hungry.... but now a few hours later I am in a straight panic. My abdomen just feels tight. I don't really have any other symptoms besides being extremely anxious. I am able to burp and stuff, but I am afraid that this is what its like. Can anyone give me some insight?
If you try and tell me a phobia is unreal. I dare you to live a day, and feel what I have to feel.

The tightness is a symptom of anxiety. I get it all the time.

Certainly sounds like anxiety! My whole body gets tight when I'm anxious.
