Son sick...looking for reassurance

my son started with cold symptoms last nigh (sore throat, stuffy nose). Had to pick him up from school today. He has had 2 episodes of d* in the past 1.5 hours. Is this the start of sv?

prob more a cold w mucus. prob making his tummy upset. I do not think a sv since it started in his head.
