Now I'm really panicking!!!!!

I just posted about my younger brother earlier. Last night he said he wasn't feeling well. He had sv on the 3rd of mach. He just called home sick for the 1st time EVER. He has never missed school for anything except for the flu and SV the one time this year. I don't think he has SV again and I believe it could something else. He has been feeling sick on and off since the weekend before last. What in the world could this be? I am really panicking. I am out with a friend right now and I don't want to go home
because I know he is sick. What in the world could this be?

First of all, if he has had sv* symptoms for a month, I don't think it's a viral illness at this point, and not contagious. So go home, it's safe. A lot of things can cause sv* symptoms, and the only person who can tell you "what" it is would be a doctor. So you brother needs to go see a doctor.
