Its half and half. I'm happy that its spring because noro isn't going around as much. But then at the same time I'm annoyed and slightly angry because spring means allergy season which isn't fun.

I'm ready for it to be warm enough to not wear a coat and gloves. coldest winter in the dc area in 20+ years. I also think kids get less sick because we are outside playing more.
