Does anyone ever feel nauseous and it's all in your head? Almost everyday I feel nauseous

Yes I feel nauseous almost everyday. Alot of its due with the anxiety associated with being an emet

I must say i have never felt like this until a month ago. I've had emetophobia for 10 years (since I was 9), and at that time I had school phobia and was naseous all day! I recovered for a few months and since then I have this phobia. But I had almost normal life..I was anxious sometimes, yes, and went crazy if I thought I can be sick or sth, but usually I waa fine. And I don't know what happened, now I am naseous every day and I'm on Zoloft for a few weeks because of that. I don't know what is happening to me. . I know how you feel.
