Hello, I will be taking a tip from phx to la jolla in 2 days and I'm really freaking out about getting Car sick and also eating out. Can someone help me?

Have you ever been car sick before?? I get car sick so what I do is make sure I eat, sit in the front and keep myself busy. Usually on trips I have my family with me so we spend most of the time talking and laughing. As far as the eating goes I usually pack something's and if I eat at a restaurant I order sides, salads or soups. I hope you can have fun on this trip
