    Default It happened (trigger warning)

I just V'd for the first time in 19 years. This feels like a bug. I'm hoping it was just "one and done" for that end of it. The other end has been bad since 1:30 this morning. I just showered to try to rid myself of the smell/taste. Tried to self talk comfortingly. I did ok. Not great.

I'm so sorry you got sick but it seems you are handling it well. Hope you feel better soon! ♥

I am sorry you are sick. You seem pretty calm about it. Good for you. I hope the worst is done and over. Focus on how you made it through...again great job

I honestly feel too awful to panic. That will come as I wait for the next person in the house to get it.

Did you panic much? 19 years is a long long time. It seems like you did ok

How are you feeling now. You did it the worst part is over!
If you try and tell me a phobia is unreal. I dare you to live a day, and feel what I have to feel.

I'm so sorry you're feeling crummy, but you are awesome! You sound good, and like you aren't freaking out too bad? You're so brave for doing it yourself + taking care of your sick children. Hang in there!

Hey sweetie, WELL DONE. You did so well!. You can relax a little now because hubby can take care of himself and no-one else can get ill now. BIG warm hugs for you, so sorry you had to suffer through all that!

You did so well! Way to go!

I know what it feels like to v after such a long time. It had been 24 years for me and then 2 years ago...bam. It surprised hubby so much, I think he was in shock for a minute. He has never seen me so much as gag. Lol. The worst part for me was that it snuck up on me and I almost t/u on my baby!
