Knock on wood because I don't want to jinx myself but I slept the whole night with no panic attack and no promethazine!!! I'm still taking it slow though. The movers are coming to pack today and am stressed about that but I was able to eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast so I'm hoping today will be a good day even with the stress. Oh god I hope so I don't want to live that way anymore.
