I feel very Ill, I don't know why. My temp is at 99.4 Does that mean I have a bug? I have been tired all day. Actually all week. and I am so N. Do you think I am N because I am unbelievably tired? I don't know what to do. I took an anti *N* pill and am waiting for that to kick in. But I am so panicky right now.

Breathe. Your temp will normally go up a degree or two in the evening so I wouldn't worry about that. The n is most likely from being tired. Try and distract yourself. It will be ok

The last DR i saw told me 99 is not a temp. MY kids run warm so they are always between 98.9-99.8.
Being exhausted can definitely cause N. Take a lukewarm bath, read, watch tv. You will be ok!!!!
