Panicked

I have a stomachache and I have no idea why. I also had a little bit of d* earlier. I'm not sure if I'm nauseous at all or just panicked. I am trying to tell myself that this is only happening to me because I'm due for my period, but I keep thinking about the last time I had a stomach bug. Anything that happens that reminds me of that day at all is completely freaking me out.

If your period is due very soon, I would assume thats what the cause is. For a week before I get mine I get all those symptoms, plus chills, dizzy, and sometimes low grade fever. I still get jumpy everytime it happens but that is ALWAYS the cause! Try to relax as best you can!

Yeah my period causes stomach issues, bowel issues, etc. You will be okay!
