So scared right now
SO scared right now. I am very queasy. I don't know what to do. I am very sick to my stomach. I am afraid to move I feel so icky. I am even afraid to swallow my own spit. I don't have any rolaids or mints. I am so scared and shaky right now. What do I do?!

When this happens to me I kneel in front of a fan and take deep breaths through my mouth. I also press a pressure point just below my wrist as that may help with it too. Remember, even though you are terrified right now, you ARE strong enough to get through this, even if it ends up happening. I know, easier said than done -- I struggle to remind myself of this when it's me. I hope the feeling has passed by now.
